Regulation of the Minister of Health of 12/03/2019 p>
According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 3, 2019 to the exam can be taken by a person who has a certificate whose validity expires no later than 3 months from the date of the exam and is employed in units cooperating with the system or who serves in them, or is a member thereof.
Until now, to take the exam you had to have an invalid certificate and the time when it expired was irrelevant. In practice, this meant that recertification could be undertaken at any time - even after several years.
