On May 25, 2018, the Personal Data Protection Regulation has come into force, that is why we would like to inform you that as Centrum Ratownictwa Sp. z o.o. we are the administrator of personal data and we process it in a manner safe and legal.

1.Personal data administrator

The policy applies to the Website functioning at the address url: www.centrumratownictwa.com. The administrator of personal data is Centrum Ratownictwa Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. 2. The purpose of processing your personal data

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of ordering or performing services offered by Centrum Ratownictwa Sp. z o.o. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • presentation of the offer or information
  • handling of request by the form
  • implementations of ordered services
  • debt collection
  • running the newsletter
  • running a comment system
  • running an internet forum
  • If we have received your agreed, your data is also processed for marketing purposes.

    6. Legal basis for processing your personal data

    Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free flow of data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR").The processing of personal data is necessary to perform the contract in which the data subject is a party. It is also nessesary to take action at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract to fulfill the legal obligation of the administrator.

    The legal basis for processing your personal data for information and marketing purposes is your authorization to data processing.

    7. Data requirement

    To provide these services, you must provide data for the provision of services or sales. If you do not provide this data, the service cannot be provided or the sale cannot be carried out.

    Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. If you do not agree to the processing of personal data provided by you as part of using websites, services and other functionalities, including those stored in cookies, your personal data will not be processed for this purpose.

    8. Entities to which your personal data will be transferred

    Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the administrator, among others IT service providers, hosting, service providers handling accounting settlements, law firms and debt collectors, payment operators, companies providing marketing services to the Administrator. Each of these entities processes data on the basis of an agreement with the administrator and only in accordance with the instructions of the administrator. Your data may also be provided to entities authorized to obtain them under applicable law, e.g. law enforcement authorities, if the authority makes a request on an appropriate legal basis (e.g. for the purposes of pending criminal proceedings).

    Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

    10. Rights related with the processing of personal data

    In connection with processing by Centrum Ratownictwa Sp. z o.o. Your data you have the following rights:

  • the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
  • the right to request correction of data,
  • the right to delete data (in certain situations),
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body that deals with the protection of personal data,
  • the right to limit data processing.
  • In the case of data that are processed on the basis of consent or as part of a service (data is necessary to provide the service), you also have the right to:

  • to withdraw consent to the extent they are processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  • to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from your administrator your personal data, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data administrator.
  • 11. Iinformation on the forms

  • The website collects information provided by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
  • The website may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
  • In some cases, the website may save information that makes it easier to link data in the form to the email address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user's email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  • The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, eg. to process the service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is used for.

  • The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.   • The operator uses remarketing techniques which allow adverts to be adapted to the user's behavior on the website, which may give the illusion that the user's personal data is used to track him.
