Szczecin
Szczecin has an important function in trade. In the city center there are many green parks where you can find a moment of peace. You can also go to many museums or historic churches. On the outskirts of the city there are powerful workplaces. Thanks to this, Szczecin is distinguished by a large diversity, giving many opportunities for development. It attracts many people who want to develop a professional and scientific career, as well as people going here to spend their dream vacation. This state of affairs will generate a continuous increase of incidents in public space and in workplaces. This caused Szczecin to become an important training venue for the Centrum Ratownictwa.

Recertification of KPP Szczecin

The interest in qualified first aid courses run by the Centrum Ratownictwa gives evidence of how much such people are needed in developing centers. However, it is important to remember that the certificate of obtaining the title of Rescuer has a limited validity period specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health, which obliges Rescuers to recertify their rights after a period of 3 years. We warmly invite all Rescuers to recertify their rights together with a professional team of the Rescue Center. Recertification is possible on the last day of qualified first aid training (Sunday). Other information can be obtained in our training calendar.

Description

The Lifeguard certificate is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. After this period, you should take the exam again to obtain a new certificate.

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 3, 2019 to the exam can be taken by a person who has a certificate whose validity expires no later than 3 months from the date of the exam and is employed in units cooperating with the system or who serves in them, or is a member thereof. The recertification exam is within the scope of the knowledge and skills covered by the framework program of the course, and consists of two parts: a theoretical and practical exam.

A large numer of monuments and the specific terrain make Szczecin an important tourist center. 270 monuments are protected, the city is located on the European Brick Gothic Route.

Szczecin has been promoted since 2008 as a floating garden assuming the creation of a city that is a dynamically developing metropolis, peaceful and invading people and nature space. One of the factors affecting the sense of security in the city is the training od its residents in first aid.

The theoretical examination is carried out in the form of a test of 30 questions. Tasks are selected from a bank that has been prepered by the Medical Exams Center. The practical examination includes the performance of two randomly chosen exam tasks to check the practical procedure within the framework of administering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The course is organized in Polish.

The price of recertification is PLN 350 and it includes participation in repetitive classes, the exam and the issuing of the certification.
